Ordering Process
Ordering
Click on "Shop" or "Gift Card" and select the items you wish to purchase, click on "View Cart", then choose your payment option.

Once payment is sent, your order will be processed.

To cancel an order, please get in touch within 24hrs to ensure we do not ship your items out!

Shipping
As soon as your order is received, we will package it safely and ship 2nd class with Royal Mail. If you need it sooner, contact us prior to checkout and we will do our best to help!

We use recycled materials for our packaging as we like the environment quite a lot.
​
Postage costs are calculated by weight;
Up to 2kg (3 bottles) is £3
3kg to 10kg is £5
For orders over 10kg, price may vary

Receiving
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, has missing items or it simply hasn't turned up after 5 working days, please contact us in one of the following ways;

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do! If your country is not listed on the shipping page, please contact us and we will do our best to help you!
Where can I find your products in person?
We currently stock our sauces at the following locations;

Can I collect my order?
We have very busy working lives and so collection can be tricky. If you are very local, we may be able to drop your order off to you but please speak to us before ordering.
Are your sauces suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans?
All of our products are accidentally Vegan as they do not contain any animal products.
Do you stock to caterers and can I order in bulk?
Absolutely!

My sauce seperated, is this normal?
It's perfectly normal for sauces to show some separation, this is why we say to shake before use!
